I am now the owner of three birds. Why i decided to take them I will never know. My little sister is going to masters commission which is a program that gets them ready for ministry and they are not allowed to take pets with them. My mom and them would have probably let the birds die so I decided to take them.
They are really neat except for the fact that they bite. I am going to have to try to figure out how to tame them because the boys want to be able to pet them and hold them. Which you really can't blame them what is the point in having a pet if you can't hold it.
One of them is a love bird and the other two are parakeets. I am not sure if the love bird is a male or a female. The parakeets are a boy and a girls, but thankfully they don't have a nest so no babies. I really feel bad for the love bird because he or she doesn't have a companion. They have mates in the wild and the sit as close as the can. It is really kind of sweet. I will most likely not going out and buying another love bird though.
