Last year is rained, but we endured and had a blast. This year we wouldn't have asked for better weather. Steve very surprised by the fact that I love to go camping. The ones of you who know me, are probably surprised too. I have come to love it and the time that we spend as family.
We go to a place in Hochatown, OK called Beaver Bend. It is beautiful. There is so much to do. They have train rides, horse trail, hiking trail, paddle boats, and nature center. We absolutely had the best time. It is so beautiful and so peaceful.
This is down off of a dock by the river.

This is what I saw when I looked out our tent window!

This was right across from us too!

You feel so close to God out there. You look around and honestly see how creation cry out that there is a God! It is so beautiful!
Here is a picture of our tent. We had to buy a new one this year, because last year a raccoon clawed through ours last year because we left some bread and stuff in our tent. This year we brought a plastic tote. Well, a squirrel chewed on the tote. Thankfully it didn't get to the food. Just a small whole. The adventures we have!

That's great!!!! I am hoping once my husband is home and before winter hits again (I know it's not even summer, but he won't be home from Iraq until July) we can go camping at least once!
