Fall Feast

Last night at church was redid church service and had a time of fellowship and games for the kids. We has all sort of games for the kids to play plus games for the Adults. Some of the Adults played Yatzee and others played Domino's. We had hot dogs, popcorn, nachos and LOTS of candy.

We all really did have fun. It is so great to have fun with our church family.

Not Me Monday!!

I did not Let my kids go to bed with out eating anything Friday night because they fell asleep in the truck on the way home. The reason they were so tired was not because they didn't get nap because we were trying to make our rounds to see family.

I did not feed the boys peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for breakfast this morning because that is what they wanted and I didn't feel like fighting with them.

My boys were not in the floor biting and fighting each other nope not my children they are always sweet and loving toward each other.

MY little boys don't run around in my dress shoes not not my boys. What kind of mother am it.

I did not let my oldest go to sleep in my bed and then ended up falling asleep our selves so he stayed in bed with us all night long.

We do not have to shut Micah in his bed and night because he continually get up with and comes into the living room and plays. WE don't have to take in and put him back in bed about 15 to 20 times.

Well, that is all the things we have not done this week. Have a good week and hopefully I will most later on this week.

We aren't stuck.

Some one told me the other day, "if God takes you to it, He'll take you through it." Oh how true that is. The Psalmist wrote "through I walk through the valley of the shadow of death" It is just Temporary. We are stuck and we aren't going to say there. So many times we are looking for ways out of situations we are going through, but honestly we need to sit back and trust the Lord and know that HE is taking care of everything. So many times we are looking for ways of escape, but missing the lesson HE is trying to teach us. It is so hard when you are going through it. You look up and think okay Lord where are you I can't take any more. I don't feel you right now, but our relationship with Christ isn't about feelings. It is about FAITH. The Faith that we have when we don't feel HIM. Knowing HE is taking care of everything and we will come out of the other side a better person. Jesus said I'll never put more on you than you can handle. God is ALL knowing and He made us and knows us from the inside out. So lets all of us try to sit back and let GOD be in control of our lives, and know that HE really does know what is best even when it doesn't FEEL like it.

Change

I want change so bad in my life right now. I don't really even know who to say what I feel right now. I just know that i am tired of the person I am. I have let way to many things that have happened in the past stand in my way for way to long. I feel so broken and disfunctional. I want God to mold me and put me back together the way that He sees fit and if I have to be broken more then so be it. I want myself out of the way.

I know that God is woking on my. I pray that I am not the tomorrow that I am today.

Not Me! Monday

I most certianlly Did Not loose it last week when all in the same day Micah tipped over the bird cage, corn powder and flushed Levi's underware down the toliet.

I did not send my husband to the store for chololate nope i don't need such things.

I certianlly didn't ask God to fix my washing because I can't afford to buy a new one. (by the way it is working with our error)

I am not sad at the though of my youngest turning two. He isn't growing way too fast.

I don't teeter between having another child or not. I wouldn't do such a thing.

I did not go to a store and buy two pair of shoe for Levi knowing that one of them was the wrong size and then go exchange it at a different store to get the right size. They were having a buy one get one for 88 cents.

I don't love buying clothes for my children and love going to look for bargins on them.

Well, that is my Not Me post for today. I hopefully i will feel like posting again later today. I have a lot going on in my mind right now. I am not really ready to talk about it so. I haven't been posting.

NOT ME! Monday

I have not been in a funky mood this past week and wished that I could throw myself in the floor and throw a fit like my kids to. nope not me what kind of grown-up would i be.

I certianly did not open a box of oreos in wal-mart the other day so my kids would be quiet and well behaved not not me.....and they certianlly weren't the ones with orange icing for halloween...and they did not get the icing all over then.

My car in not a wreck inside...not it is not full of kids' toys because they forget to bring them out and I forget to make them. plus it doesn't also have trash in it.

There are certianly not thing that need to be done, but instread i am sitting here typing this post. My kids are certianlly not watch Monsters inc. which will probably Help futher Levi being scared.

Sticker fun

Monday the boys' and I did a little painting and a couple of worksheets (which were mainly for Levi, but Micah likes to color on them). Since the boys sat down so nicely and did the worksheets I gave them stickers. Well the ended up playing with a whole sheet each. Here are the results

This picture I thought was really neat! I would like to redo it but this time don't have the stickers on his face or the blue tape around the mirror. I was spray painting the mirror black. Imagine that!.

Not Me! Monday

I love Not me! Monday so i am going to do it again.

I did not send Steve to the store to pick out a country blue, no not me that would be a big mistake and he would come back with a blueish, purplish color that would be all wrong.

I did not add white, black and brown to the blue to make it the shade that I painted with, nope not me! I would not experiment that way. Which by the way did not turn out gorgeous (HEHE It really turned out beautiful color)!

I do not have plans for more projects on the house. It isn't like we are not sick of painting...lol.

I certainly did not leave the boys up with Steve today so that I could take a nap...why what kind of pastors wife would I be.

I certainly have not neglected the house work while i have been working on the projects around the house...nope i didn't do that.

I don't have a gift waiting for my secret sister on my counter and keep forgetting to grab it. It isn't like I have two kids and a husband to get out the door.

I am not spray paint happy right now trying to spray paint everything black...nope not me.

I did not have to run all the way back to the house Sunday night because my husband left his message sitting on the bar. Which he did not realize he left until he was staring the sermon.

I think that it is enough not me! for now.

my projects!

I have been extremely busy lately. I have finally finished the cabinets in the kitchen and I have painted the china cabinets this beautiful blue shade.
This is the China Cabinet. I wasn't too sure about the blue at first but it is beautiful!!!
